- Proof of student status must accompany the registration form.
- The group rate applies to three or more participants from the same institution or organisation.

Cancellation Policy
By submitting the registration form, participants acknowledge and accept the ICICTE refund policy. All refund requests must be submitted in writing to nancypyrini@icicte.org.

- A 75% refund applies to requests received on or before 15 May 2026.
- A 50% refund applies to requests received between 16 May and 15 June 2026.
- No refunds will be granted for requests received after 16 June 2026.
Payment Information
Registration becomes effective only upon receipt of payment.

- Payment is made by bank transfer only.
- Please include the following information with your payment: Name, surname, and country.
- Proof of payment must be sent to the registrar.

Only papers by authors who have completed registration and payment will be included in the conference proceedings.
Card payments and alternative payment methods are not accepted.
It is recommended that payment be completed concurrently with submission of the registration form.
Liability
The organisers of ICICTE 2026 do not accept liability for personal accidents, or for loss of or damage to personal property, occurring during or in connection with the conference. Participants are responsible for arranging appropriate health, travel, and personal insurance.
