The KHEIRON project addresses educational and social inclusion challenges in rural areas by fostering intergenerational social mentoring.

Co-funded by the Erasmus+ programme, the initiative brings together senior mentors and young people to build structured mentoring relationships that support personal development, resilience, and digital competence.

The project produces a methodological framework for mentors, including training modules, tools, and resources designed to enhance mentoring practice, and implements this framework through ongoing training and guided activities.

KHEIRON places particular emphasis on inclusion, diversity, and active citizenship, promoting areas such as gender equality and social participation among its target groups.
