Authors wishing to present a paper at ICICTE 2026 and have their work considered for publication in the conference proceedings are invited to follow the process outlined below.
ICICTE 2026 invites submissions of papers, workshops, and posters addressing the conference themes. All submissions are subject to double-blind peer review and must meet the academic standards of the conference.
Submission Process
Authors wishing to present a paper at ICICTE 2026 and have their work considered for publication in the conference proceedings are invited to follow the process outlined below.
Step 1 - Paper Proposal
Authors are required to submit a paper proposal (summary of 250–300 words) by March 31, 2026.
All proposals are double-blind peer reviewed by the Scientific Committee. Notification of acceptance will be sent according to the conference timeline.
Step 2 - Full Manuscript
Upon acceptance of the proposal, authors must submit the first draft of the full manuscript by May 15, 2026.
- Maximum length: 10 pages, including abstract, references, tables, figures, and diagrams.
- Manuscripts exceeding the page limit will be returned for revision.
- Authors must follow the Manuscript Preparation Guidelines (Microsoft Word template).

All manuscripts undergo double-blind peer review. Final, revised papers must be submitted by June 15, 2026.

Publication
Papers presented at ICICTE 2026 will be published in the conference proceedings titled Information Communication Technologies in Education. Following the peer-review process, final manuscripts are submitted to the Editors, who review the papers for academic quality, coherence, and compliance with the publication guidelines.
Authors may be requested to address editorial comments and suggested revisions prior to publication. Upon receipt of the final revised version and formal approval by the Editors, papers are accepted for publication in the proceedings, which are distributed internationally and indexed by major academic services.
This editorial and revision process must be completed by 30 June 2026. Papers submitted after the stated deadlines or not finalised within this timeframe will not be included in the proceedings.
